At just 21, Fred earned his BJJ black belt—a remarkable feat that highlighted his dedication and skill. Over the years, he continued to refine his technique, participate in world-class competitions, and eventually achieve the prestigious rank of 3rd-degree black belt.

Beyond BJJ, Fred has ventured into the world of mixed martial arts (MMA), where he quickly made a name for himself as a fearsome competitor. His amateur record of 10-0, all won by submission, speaks volumes about his grappling expertise, and as a professional fighter, he has secured 6 victories, all via submission in the first round.
